Psystar has apparently gotten more desperate in its notorious case against Apple. The company claims that Apple doesn’t legally own the copyright to the Mac OS X operating system.

Whoever suspected that Apple was a believer in conspiracy theories? The company alleges that Psystar is actually a collective endeavor that includes a number of powerful corporations and individuals banding together in an attempt to bring Apple to its knees.

In an interesting turn of events, Apple might actually be the one taking in hot water in its case against Psystar.
